Land price in Cambodia will continue with annual increase of about 7 percent on average for the next decade, according to the assessment by CBRE Cambodia.
The calculation was shared by Country Director of CBRE Cambodia Ms. Ann Sothida with local media, adding that the land price has surged about 225 percent over the last ten years.
The projection, she added, was made grounding on supply and demand trends and on similar basis to that done in Thailand and Vietnam.
Real estate experts are positive with the calculation justifying that sustained peace, political stability, economic growth, improved physical infrastructure and demographic factor contribute vitally to the trend.
