His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, has recently sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Joe Biden, President of the United States of America on the U.S. Independence Day.

The full royal message reads as follows:

"It is with great pleasure that I convey sincere congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the 245th anniversary of Independence of the United States of America.

I avail myself of this opportunity to wish Your Excellency good health and serenity as well as continued great prosperity to your country.

I hope that the long-standing links of friendship and cooperation that exist between our two countries will continue to be strengthened for the benefit of our two peoples.

With my highest consideration and esteem."
