The woman, who was living in that vicinity, was shoved to the ground about 8:45 a.m. by a man in his 20s, police said. The woman was shaken up but not badly hurt, police said. She was treated by emergency medical personnel at the scene.
The white man is about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and black hair, police said. He was wearing a light blue T-shirt and dark blue shorts with a red stripe down each side, police said.
He may have fled west on Washington Street, emergency dispatches say.
If anyone sees the man, they are asked to call the non-emergency phone number at 610-759-2200.
