Royal Government of Cambodia has decided to grant state's land plots of about 528 hectares to families residing two islands of Preah Sihanouk provinces.
The decision was made through April 4 sub-decree signed by Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
Specifically, 298 families currently living at Sangkat Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem islands are officially entitled to the granted land plots.
At the same time, around 12 hectares of land surface there will be used for public service establishments, such as schools, administrative buildings, commune halls, village offices, gendarmerie units, and pagodas.
