DPM Sar Kheng Receives Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng has received newly-appointed Ambassador of Vietnam to Cambodia H.E. Vu Quang Minh.

In the meeting taking place on Wednesday at the ministry office here in Phnom Penh, H.E. Vu Quang Minh recalled Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng about long-lasting relations, solidarity and good collaboration between the two countries.

The Vietnamese diplomat spoke highly of Cambodia's rapid development in all sectors, especially in the field of economy under the leadership of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.

He also shared his note on active role of Cambodian at international arenas � the effort possible by sustained peace, political stability and development.

From his end, Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng underlined that good relations between the two nations derived from good leadership of the two governments.

The deputy prime minister expressed his appreciation of intimate cooperation between Cambodia's Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam toward enhanced social stability.

Ensuring social security and public order will grease the process of Cambodia's upcoming general election to be held in July, he highlighted.
