Daily new cases of COVID-19 in Cambodia saw a slight increase to 267 this morning, said the Ministry of Health in a press release.
These are PCR test results, underlined the source, adding that most of the cases were linked to the Feb. 20 community outbreak while 19 were imported.
The national counts thus stood at 115,335, including 19,236 imported cases, the same source pointed out.
Meanwhile, 399 more patients have recovered, but 17 new deaths were recorded; bringing the total cured and death cases in the Kingdom to 108,802 and 2,544, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 incident.
