CDC Approves US$58 million Investment Projects

Eleven new investment projects with a total capital of US$58 million have been approved by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).

According to a CDC's press release issued this morning, the newly approved projects are expected to generate some 12,710 jobs for the locals.

Located in the provinces of Kampong Speu, Kandal and Preah Sihanouk and the capital of Phnom Penh, the eleven investment projects will cover the manufacturing of garments, footwear, bags, shoe and metal furniture accessories, and office supplies as well as sports equipment, the same source pointed out.
