Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen received here yesterday afternoon visiting Vice Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce H.E. Gao Yunlong.
According to H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Assistant to the Cambodian Premier, H.E. Gao Yunlong, said major Chinese companies are eyeing investment potential in Cambodia.
H.E. Gao Yunlong told Samdech Techo Hun Sen of his visit, saying that during this first visit in Cambodia, he had working meetings with the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and he noted the high investment potential in the Kingdom.
H.E. Gao Yunlong also briefed the Prime Minister on the activities of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce whose role is to coordinate and boost investment for 470 institutions and 27 million companies over the world.
For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed warm welcome to the Chinese delegation led by H.E. Gao Yunlong and spoke highly of Cambodia-China comprehensive strategic partnership and good neighbourliness, which are the foundation for the success of Chinese President H.E. Xi Jinping's initiative One Belt, One Road in Cambodia.
