Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, inaugurated this morning five new buildings of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Referral Hospital, in Preah Sihanoukville, some 230 kilometers southwest of Phnom Penh capital.
Addressing to the inauguration ceremony, Samdech Techo Hun Sen rejected a recent criticism of Dr. Mengly J. Quach, President of American Intercon Institute, over the code of professional conduct of Cambodian medical doctors.
This is an unacceptable analysis, underlined the Cambodian premier.
Anyway, Samdech Techo Hun Sen called on all the medical doctors to strengthen their behavior and treatment, and to stick to the code of professional conduct.
The five new buildings, including emergency building; obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics building; general disease building; admin building; and support services building, were constructed under a grand aid from Japan with a total cost of some US$15.45 million.
