H.E. Ith Samheng, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia, received here on Tuesday afternoon a visiting delegation of Kenya National Employment Authority led by H.E. Jillo Abdul Bahari Ali, Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Kenya.
Both sides discussed and exchanged information on the situation of the two countries' labour sector.
H.E. Ith Samheng briefed his guests the progress of labour sector in Cambodia as well as better working conditions, increased minimum wages and extended social protection, while H.E. Jillo Abdul Bahari Ali highly valued the achievements and thanked the Cambodian side for the warm hospitality.
H.E. Jillo Abdul Bahari Ali has been on a visit in Cambodia from Mar. 5 to 9, 2019 to learn about the Kingdom's process of providing labour services for job seekers, collecting and disseminating information on labour market, labour policy and youth-centred development strategy.
