U23 national football teams from Cambodia and Japan will meet at the International Friendly Match to be held on Sept. 20 at the National Morodok Techo Stadium.

The Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) has recently released the name list of the U23 Cambodian national football team for the competition.

The competition aims to strengthen Cambodia-Japan friendship as well as to develop the capacity of Cambodian players for the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia.

According to FFC, there are 22 Cambodian players listed from 11 clubs in both Cambodia Premier League and Cambodian League 2.
