Cambodian and Vietnamese Mass Mobilisation Commissions to Continue Good Relationship

The Mass Mobilisation Commission of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and that of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee will continue to maintain their good relations in any circumstances.

The commitment was raised by H.E. Mrs. Men Sam An, Chairwoman of the CPP Central Committee’s Mass Mobilisation Commission and visiting H.E. Pham That Thang, Deputy Chairman of CPV Central Committee’s Mass Mobilisation Commission, in their meeting in Phnom Penh this morning.

In the meeting, both sides discussed the strengthening of their bilateral cooperation to further tighten the long-lasting solidarity and friendship between the two commissions, parties and countries.

They agreed to continue to maintain and strengthen all communication mechanisms at all levels between the two parties and countries to jointly resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Moreover, they agreed to encourage party institutions, mass organisations and provincial and municipal party committees, especially those at the common borders, to continue their good cooperation for the benefit of peace, friendship and development of both neighbouring nations.

The two sides expressed satisfaction with the fruitful results of their cooperation and pledged to further enhance their cooperation and mutual support in international organisations and multilateral forums to address regional and global issues aimed at ensuring peace, security, stability and development.
