The appreciation was made in a courtesy meeting between Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of the Senate of Cambodia and visiting H.E. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam here in Phnom Penh on Nov. 8.

He also congratulated the great achievements by the Communist Party, government and people of Vietnam, and believed that Vietnam will obtain greater socio-economic achievements stepping forward its goal as a high-income economy by 2045.

For his part, the Vietnamese premier spoke highly of Cambodia’s achievements and rapid development under the leadership of the Senate, National Assembly and Royal Government of Cambodia.
