Cambodia will further tighten security and public order at the exam centres throughout the country for the upcoming national high school exam 2019.
The update was shared by Phnom Penh Deputy Governor Mr. Nuon Pharath in a meeting at the capital hall here in Phnom Penh yesterday.
The deputy governor continued that, for the upcoming national high school exam 2019, Phnom Penh capital authorities have gotten prepared with deployment of security forces along exam centres in order to ensure both the safety and transparency of the important examination.
This is also a commitment of the Royal Government of Cambodia to further enhance quality of the Kingdom's human resources.
According to Mr. Nuon Pharath, 119,217 candidates � 61,031 of them are female,� have registered for the August 2019 high school exam, which is an increase of nearly 6 percent compared to last year.
The exam will take place at 202 exam centres of 4,818 exam rooms in all capital and provinces of Cambodia.
