Cambodia is scheduled to organise the 3rd Cambodia-Thailand Joint Cabinet Retreat in early September this year, providing direction for the strengthening and expansion of bilateral cooperation between both neighbouring countries.
At the weekly Cambodian cabinet meeting this morning, Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen advised relevant ministries and institutions to well arrange the 3rd Cambodia-Thailand Joint Retreat on Sept. 7-8, said the press release of the Press and Quick Reaction Unit of the Office of the Council of Ministers made public this afternoon.
The 2nd Cambodia-Thailand Joint Cabinet Retreat took place in Bangkok, Thailand in December 2015 under the co-chairmanship of the two countries' premiers. On the occasion, both Governments agreed on measures to implement various issues of cooperation with an emphasis on bilateral security, connectivity, trade and investment and border development.
