Cambodia to Have More Rain This Week

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has forecast more rain, from moderate to heavy, this week, particularly from May 26 to 28.
In its new weather forecast released this morning, the ministry explained the phenomenon by continued ITCZ low pressure and strong southwestern monsoon covering Cambodia.
MOWRAM thus urged people to be vigilant of possible thunder, lightning, and gusts.
Between May 26 and June 1, it pointed out, the temperature would vary between 25 and 34 degrees Celsius for the central lowland areas and from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius for the mountainous areas in the north and northeast.
The temperature could be between 24 and 32 degrees Celsius in the coastal areas, added the ministry, warning fishermen and seafarers people of strong wind and high waves, from 1-2.5 metres, especially from May 26 to 29.
