The Ministry of Tourism organised here on Wednesday a Training Workshop on Public-Private Entrepreneurship Contribution to Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia.
The event was presided over by H.E. Pak Sokhom, Secretary of State for Tourism and Board Chairman of the Academy Culinary Art Cambodia, with the participation of H.E. Im Koch, Secretary of State for Education, Youth and Sports, H.E. Ms. Tekreth Kamrang, Secretary of State for Commerce, Mr. Pierre Tami, CEO of Shift 360, and representatives of other relevant parties.
The Academy of Culinary Art Cambodia will supply the country with qualified labour force in the tourism sector that is in high demand. After two years of training, the graduated students, whose qualifications are recognised by the ASEAN Secretariat, can run their own business or get a job with a monthly salary of US$400-500.
