Cambodia and China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) have reached an agreement to promote the development of human resources in Cambodia, according to local media report.
The five-year cooperative agreement on technical and vocational education and training was signed by H.E. Pich Sophoan, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, and Mr. Zhao Juli, Director of Xi'an Civil Aviation Technical and Vocational Institute.
Representatives of 34 Chinese Establishments were also present at the official signing ceremony taking place here in Phnom Penh yesterday.
As explained by H.E. Pich Sophoan, the agreement will allow good opportunities for Cambodian students to improve their careers.
It will also establish programmes for exposure visit and learning workshops, and introduces other human resource development initiatives for learners and trainers.
