NEW YORK, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BRG) (the “Company”) has distributed a monthly cash dividend of $0.096666 per share on the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock, as announced earlier in the quarter.
The Company’s monthly dividend payments to stockholders represent an annualized dividend yield of 8.5% based on the closing price of $13.65 for the Company’s Class A common stock as of the end of day on May 4, 2015. This yield is subject to change.
The payment follows the Company’s April 13, 2015 announcement of its declaration of a $0.29 per share quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common stock, each payable monthly across the quarter. The Company paid the dividend on May 5 to stockholders of record as of April 25, 2015.
