In his new position, Hendershot will be responsible for overseeing the creative process and delivering strategic communication solutions that help Subaru dealers to identify, manage and grow their target customers. Hendershot brings 15 years of creative marketing experience to AutoLoop, over half of which has been with major auto industry OEMs including General Motors, Mazda and Honda. Before joining AutoLoop, Hendershot worked for five years at Minacs Marketing Solutions, where he was responsible for the creative art direction of broad-based service marketing campaigns, developing both print and digital media. He helped head up the Mazda North America account, including Mazda Customer Direct (on-demand) and Customer Experience Expert programs. Prior to that, Hendershot worked for award-winning agencies handling work for several major retail clients including Mazda, Progressive Insurance, LensCrafters, General Motors, Buick, Capital One and Blockbuster Video.
