The event was presided over by Singapore Ambassador H.E. Michael Tan and Minister of Environment and UYFC Vice-President H.E. Say Samal.
According to the embassy‚Äôs press release, generously donated to UYFC by OV Investment and titled Community Wall 1, the mural was the first to open to the public during the SAF++ Official Launch on Feb. 15, 2020. UYFC was the festival’s community engagement partner.

Two pieces were unveiled with Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor H.E. Kuoch Chamroeun in Sihanoukville in late-September, and one was unveiled last week with Minister of Culture and Fine Arts H.E. Mrs. Phoeurng Sackona at the Royal University of Fine Arts.
Of the five remaining murals, two will be unveiled in Siem Reap, one in Kampong Cham, and two in Phnom Penh. Members of the public can scan the QR code on any of the murals to find out the description and details of the artwork, as well as information on the locations of the other pieces.
