Direct flight between Cambodia and the Philippines and Indonesia will begin by the midst of this year the move that almost enables such connection between the Kingdom and the rest of ASEAN nations.
Phnom Penh-Jakarta direct flight that will commence in June was shared following a recent meeting between Cambodian Tourism Minister H.E. Thong Khon and Indonesian Ambassador H.E. Sudirman Haseng, whereas similar connection between Cambodia and the Philippines to happen in April had been made known earlier.
H.E. Thong Khon considered the move as an enabler for more international tourists coming to Cambodia.
Once the said move is achieved, Cambodia will have direct flight with nine out of the ten nations across Southeast Asia, and Brunei will be the only one remaining nation without such connection with the Kingdom.
