AKP Phnom Penh, Cambodia has earned in total seven medals including four silver and three bronze at the 7th Ju-Jitsu Asian Championship in Thailand.
Four medals, two silver and two bronze, were grabbed on Mar 1, while three others, two silver and one bronze, earned on Feb. 25.
Taking place from Feb. 24 to 28 in Bangkok, the tournament is attracting the participation of over 500 athletes from 30 countries in Asian continent.
According to Mr. Sean Sopheak, Secretary General of Ju-Jitsu Federation of Cambodia, the federation dispatched 18 athletes to join the contest.
He was positive that the event will further sharpen the capacity of Cambodian Ju-Jitsu athletes for the 32nd SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia.
