Cambodia and Vietnam entered a memorandum of understanding to mutually promote the cooperation in vocational training and labour work.
The official signing of the agreement took place early this week in Hanoi city by Cambodia's Minister of Labour and Vocational Training H.E. Ith Samheng and Vietnam's Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs H.E. Dao Ngoc Dung.
According to H.E. Ith Samheng, the MoU highlighted the exchange of technical vocational skill and study research programmes as well as study visits by officials from the two neighbours.
It also included the management of migrating labourers from each other's side as well as anti-human trafficking and labour exploitation.
H.E. Ith Samheng and his delegation has already returned to Cambodia after the two-day working visit in Vietnam.
